Tara J. Licata is a Shareholder at Mancini & Associates. Mrs.Licata focuses her practice on Plaintiff’s employment law and litigation but also handles the Plaintiff’s personal injury cases and malpractice cases.
Mrs. Licata received her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School, in Costa Mesa, California. While in law school, Mrs. Licata was a member of Law Review for all three years and received The Most Oustanding Member Award in the Fall of 2007. Ms. Licata received CALI awards for obtaining the highest grades in Constitutional Law, Wills & Trusts, and Race, Racism, and American Law. Ms. Licata was on the Dean’s List/ Honor Roll during all three years of law school. Ms. Licata also received the Dean’s Financial Scholarship for Spring 2007 to Spring 2008. In 2008, Ms. Licata was also a teaching assistant for Dean Cogan of Whitter Law School for his Constitutional Law class. Mrs. Licata earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of California Davis in Davis, California, in June of 2000.
